Yeah, because changing your team principal every other year has proved to be quite the successful formula for the Italian team

before fly by wire and computers started making thousands of tiny changes a second, aircraft designers had to design a plane that was stable enough to be flown by a pilot alone without help from a computer.
If engineers would truly design the fastest car possible it'd be very aerodynamically unstable, and the power delivery would be so harsh that the drivers would constantly be spinning up the tires.
