This could be a great finish here.
I spoke too soon. What an anti climax! Spinoda....

Massive congrats for LeClerc and maybe a nice bit of poetic justice for him. A Ferrari on pole!!!

I can bet you someone somewhere will be saying Sainz did it deliberately to ensure Leclerc pole lol. What a quali session...

However given Mercedes’ race pace. I would say they are in the box seat

I GUARANTEE you someone comes on here and moans about the rules yet again because things didn’t work out in Verstappen’s favour.

Baku seldom disappoints when it comes to action.
Not sure why the drivers are having so much trouble getting their cars hooked up with the track!? :wtf:
Because there aren't run offs at the corner exit
That's not the issue. All street circuits are like that. Running the car to the wall within 1-2cm is a standard racing driver skill, refer Indycar for instance, which has 6-7 street circuits on the calendar.

The drivers do not seem to have the control to push the car to 100%, lots of bizarrely cautious cornering and snappy uncontrollable cars out there!? :wtf:

Charles showing that given the right car he's going to be a future multiple world champ!

Lewis will be a major threat tomorrow with his straight line speed.

Hamilton really pulled it out he bag. But Verstappen right behind him you know that those first 2, 3 corners will be elbows fully extended outwards.

Who would have thought that at this stage of the season, one of the drivers with most pole positions will be driving a Ferrari.

True, too much is at stake these days to just crash cars anyhow. Apparently it cost more than 1 million dollars to fix Mick's car in Monaco...

Shout out to our "Bottas is not a wingman" - crew. =D>

Exciting grid for tomorrow! It will be heated at the front. But Mercedes not only sacrificed Bottas' qualy but also limited their strategic options for the race with Bottas starting in P10 now.

Good move for keeping Hamilton in the championship. And Bottas is used to it anyways.
