I think they want to a keep a stable 20 cars every season. Not 30 cars one season, than 14 cars after a crisis. We have seen teams like Pacific, Forti, HRT, Caterham in a 24 or 26 car field. It was pretty pointless. Also we have Lattifi and Mazepin already, do we want more of those type of drivers?
