Seems like di Resta was a little bit too excited at the end of the warm up lap. Or he has a special way of warming up the rears.

:? He was just exiting from the last corner.I don't see anything strange.

He seems to have taken to the pit entrance. I could be wrong though, not exactly known for having eagle eyes :D

It's a blind corner. We can't see and conclude anything apart from that he was just driving on racing line. So, nothing unusual.

2 teams, nearly identical in wins and poles..
Light-years apart in the scoring boards...

Love Hamilton´s quote as well. Great car that.

It looked to me like he was turning too much (maybe from the pit lane area) at first glance, but that is pretty normal. Too much F1 for me today... :)

One small missjudgement from the driver you're going wheel to wheel with, and you suffer a puncture which always proves fatal to your race. It's not fair at all, and watching hard fair racing is fantastic. Remember Alonso/Button/Hamilton last time round in India ?
On the other hand, we had several occasions where (quite heavy) contact was made between 2 tyres, which also resulted in 1 of the 2 tyres failing. Just saying: these tyres really aren't very forgiveable about any contact at all.

We need to understand that you are in the car driving your guts out you are never the same peron. Easy to say he should ave and have not done this and that. But how many time have we also curse and swear during day to say driving even when we are partly at fault.

Personally, it was quite refreshing to see a driver show some emotion and say what he really thinks without the corporate media machine redacting and silencing at every opportunity.

Not often you hear "$hit" and a F bomb on the podium. F1 can be far too sterile, its needs it characters.

I have witness some junior series and karting drivers almost getting into a fight after the race because of racing incident. I think thats pretty normal when there is an adrenaline rush and their ego at stake.

Isn't it Mark Slade anyways? Mark Slade was his old McLaren race engineer, and should be used to it.

take grosjean and maldonado out of championship equation and one can see Ferando is already a world champion , vettel has five assistants "deployed" on track to fight with fernando and lewis.

1) riccardo and vergne --- objective of their life is to step a side and salute vettel , once he is passing.
2) webber ------ the guardian , clear number two, i think red bull has put a lag of 2 sec in his kers that could be the reason why he always end up giving place back to vettel. yesterday they could not bring his car back to perc ferme to remove that delay and he ended up giving places to kimi and fernando :D
3) Maldonado and grosjean : they are "red bull" henchmen , if grosjean gonna save his seat next year that would be because vettel /red bull gonna sponsor him to keep fernando and lewis at bay.

mclaren is competing with HRT to claim the crown of most unreliable car on the planet and ferrari they dnt do anything across weekends , they keep bringing parts that dnt work and leave it on fernando. i think "marussia's" updates have performed better than ferrari.

according to me only two drivers deserve to win any championship right now , Fernando and Lewis , give them a car that is reliable and even .3 sec slower to red bull and red bull wont win a single race in season.

It is Mark Slade. Lewis' Latham was replaced again by Mark Temple.
The collection of classic Kimi quotes has just gone up with those from ABD. Some of the old ones, related: "Don't talk to me while I'm in the middle of a corner"; "Sometimes I get really bored to do the same stuff over and over again, especially when I lead by a clear mile, and I start playing with the buttons on the steering wheel".

The race was more spectacular than I expected, but most of all it actually shows the difference between driver's maturity and the technical superiority of RB8 over others.

considering how quickly Vettel was able to move up the grid after optimizing his gear ratio for straight line speed, i am just wondering if RBR will change their gearing for the remaining races?
