Now is the time to move on, with a big regulation change. Promotions and/or pay rises with the chance to get your name prominently linked with one of the new breed of cars will be attractive to anyone. Also potentially of note is that a lot of the RB bods were contracted to 2014 and so those who were interested in moving on are now taking their chance.
