Perhaps you don't remember the Schumi times, back in 2004, 2005. Same story. Every race was a boiling pot of opinions.
Fans of Schumacher were hurt when their idol showed feet of clay and people like me who were disgusted by his (for us) previous lack of sportmanship, that is, the concept that anything goes when winning is at stake rejoiced in the opportunity to show that OTHER drivers had different (not better) qualities that made them more worthy of victory.
Schumacher fans were in an extremely defensive position because the faults they were seeing were incompatible with the image they had of the person.
If only we learned to smile when those people make mistakes!
So, we're not fighting about who's the worst/dumbest driver nor over who caused which collision. It's clear the position belongs to Hamilton, at least during this year. I'm
sure everybody will agree with that, as previous threads clearly show. Blink, blink.
