and of course all their lack of organisation plays into the hands of MF1, nobody wants to be last, but last without any FOM funds is worse.

As long as Aguri has Honda backing MF1 should be worried.

I expect (if they make the first few races) Aguri to look pathetic at the start of the season.
But I also expect that by mid-summer Honda's support will really begin to show, and they will start to appear respectable, and most likely, beat the likes of Midland on a consistent basis.

I think so too, the only problem for Aguri is that while MF1 probably is going nowhere STR(Minardi) is probably doing the samething(getting support from a parent team) and with Newey onboard maybe they can overtake the likes of BMW.

I was wondering the same, but I guess there is a lot going on behind the scenes. Arguri most definitely has Honda backing him, as well as Bernie.
It's a rare time when a completely new and inexperienced team shows up with such a lack of preparation. They had trouble with the FIA paperwork, most likely payment of fees, and of course, the car itself.
I can't remember the last time a team showed up in such a shoddy manner.
That being said, jumping into the deep end of the pool will force Arguri and his mates to learn to swim very quickly. I don't wish them misfortune, but based on their performance so far, they don't impress me a bit.

i look foward to seing how they do, a new team is nice to see, but what im really interested in is how they pull it off.......and for that, we must wait.....
