With a championship on the line and risking a Q1 exit - I don't think Alonso would be risking not pushing, but on the other hand, I don't think the Ferrari is 9.6 tenths, plus the tyre delta, off the Red Bull

This. He went on a second run on the supersofts late in Q1 and barely had time to warm them up. He's good.
