Sorry guys i should have been a bit more concise in my original post. What i mean is that it could potentially be bad weather almost right up to the scheduled race start time. No P3, no quali, infact the track only becomes useable about 1 hour before the scheduled start time for the race. What would possibly be the latest (or closest to race start) time that the FIA would allow a quali session to run. Do they have options with rergards to making the race shorter and having a short quali session straight before?

Thanks for the answers, hopefully the weather clears a bit...

All we need is 5 minutes of acceptable track conditions.. lets see who can nail that one timed lap in the wet 8)

Edit: I wonder if teams dare to put on max downforce configurations, or if they expect a dry-ish race and hold off on the full wet setup.

Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

Since FP3 might count as qualifying, but this is not decided yet until probably tomorrow... Does this also mean that the cars are not under park ferme rules yet? So hypothetically, could still be changed in regards to conditions expected tomorrow?

Martin Brundle is spot on. Stop the bloody moaning about the conditions, get out there and do some laps and show your skills.
