They change in opposite direction. Northern hemisphere changes to summer time, in the southern hemisphere summertime ends.

It seems symptomatic of RB going for full optimisation of race setup, then seeing how they can "cope" driving it v-light on fuel with absolute engine limits approached, this just to contain other's possibly more targeted qualli pace setup.
They were struggling with lots of understeer in q1 and had plenty of graining in fp3. Seems just like setup issues and not race setup.Farnborough wrote:It seems symptomatic of RB going for full optimisation of race setup, then seeing how they can "cope" driving it v-light on fuel with absolute engine limits approached, this just to contain other's possibly more targeted qualli pace setup.
Puts RB close enough in Q pace, with others more compromised in R.
Why? Don’t you know the outcome already?Sieper wrote: ↑23 Mar 2024, 21:53Yep, red flags, rain. Start at 07:00 here would mean a chance of it getting too dark there. Apparently last year they really feared that.
I am not going to watch it live. Under the weather myself.
So I’d appreciate it if nobody talks about the race until at least 10:00. Thank you.
They had a lot of graining due to bad balance causing sliding and taking tyres out of their window. Less downforce will hurt tyres some more, but better to achieve optimal balance. To my eye it looked like Ferrari changes overnight from friday to sat might've hurt their balancedialtone wrote: ↑23 Mar 2024, 23:14They were struggling with lots of understeer in q1 and had plenty of graining in fp3. They also took away lots of wing on Saturday which is usually not a race friendly setup.
Agree and Max/RB stepping up was always on the cards. But did feel like they had slightly more ground to make up this time.Farnborough wrote: ↑23 Mar 2024, 22:40It seems symptomatic of RB going for full optimisation of race setup, then seeing how they can "cope" driving it v-light on fuel with absolute engine limits approached, this just to contain other's possibly more targeted qualli pace setup.
