If you compare this picture:

with this picture (I know it is a Marussia):

Than it looks like Ferrari have managed to 'clean' it up impressively.. les wires etc..

Is it just me, or the exhaust just became bigger?

There seems to be some sort of jacketing over the heat exchanger, how does the air exit out?

I've just read that all teams will have new terminal pipes similar to this, because this is the new mandatory exaust terminal thought by the Strategy Group in order to improve the sound.

Here, the available options for the new terminal pipes:

Why is that big silver shroud on the back of the radiator? Surely there must be a cut out in the back of it to exhaust the air right??

They still have a huge bypass valve to the exhaust from the turbo. Can this not be changed as you would only have one in if the MGU-H fails, so they exhaust gasses can bypass the turbine, so a reliability precaution. Now they understand the engine more, can they reduce or remove this?

They do this so when the mgu-h is powering the turbocharger they can bypass the turbine reducing back pressure making more power.

Looks like Ferrari (as well as Merc) are going for overhangs off the back of the side pods. I wonder if there's some benefit in managing to keep the air flow over the top of the diffuser nicely contained somehow.

Megaphone type exhaust?
I wonder why they are covering it.
