Helmut is the next man under didi. He's the acual man in charge of RBR and TR.JimClarkFan wrote: Does Helmut marco make that decision?
I didn't think Helmut was that high up in RBR.
If that's the case, then kimi will not join RB. Marko's word goes much higher than Horner's in the RB structure.SilverArrow10 wrote:I heard from Sky I think that Horner wants Kimi because he's great and that Marko wants one of the Toro Rosso Drivers because that is the whole point of his program and its where he found Vettel, his protégé.
Two tenths in front of Sutil on a long track is nothing to shout about, but yes with top four reserved for RB and Merc he was the best of the rest. It will be interesting to see if he can beat Mercedes in the race.stefan_ wrote:Great qualifying for di Resta and Ricciardo.
Firstly: I'll stop you thereSilverArrow10 wrote:Helmut Marko is in control the Red bull young driver program (I think) and the right hand man of the big man himself. Think Button and Di Resta will try the two stop, they have no where near the pace to go toe to toe with the cars around them. Could get Paul a podium.godlameroso wrote:Three stops for tomorrow, four is too many, two and your pace suffers from excessive degradation(maybe one or two teams can pull off a two stopper). We'll see what happens tomorrow, who decided to save their tires for the race at the expense of qualifying. Passing is not easy here even with two DRS zones, that said I don't think tires will matter all that much here. Silverstone is certainly not as bad as Malaysia or Barcelona in terms of tire wear, nor is it anywhere near as hot as Bahrain.
