Not that I went them to - because it's better just to revert to the 'unbroke' old system - but if they just separated quali tyres, so they could not be used in the race, and allocated teams 9 sets of the softest tyre purely for quali, teams would be able to run throughout.

This qualifying is a farce, I haven't seen Aus so it's new to me. WTH was that with Hulkenberg?? The others were sitting in in the pits doing nothing and watching some late lap, oh look another one is "eliminated"
