Lecler did personal best lap on last lap with 27 laps old hard tyres. Well done. Carlos had good pace, same as RedBull in last stint.

amazing result, I think it would have been same if they had qualified just behind red bull, they are simply stronger but not invincible. Very happy with the results..

That was a pretty straight forward one though, they usually are okay when it comes to vanilla strategies. When they need to be creative, it's start to become a bit shaky.

I see it as a massive positive. Last year we started on pole or second most weekends, waiting for the inevitable slip down the order because there was no race pace in the car. On top of this we were only .4 secs off RBR and they’ve had their first upgrades. But that being said, .4 is still a significant gap to close. Charles first stint though

The result is good but how impressed can you really be? Ferrari had the clear second fastest car here and it wasn't a problem to pass, so the running order worked itself out. Still, if they perform like this (quali) on a weekend where the competitive picture is less divided, they will suffer in the results column.

Good race, Ferrari missed opportunity to tell Sainz no fighting. Not sure why only LEC gets told no fighting.

Probably even more if we didn’t have to battle with other cars, especially with Leclerc. The potential was even higher.

Leclerc said to Sky Italy that the issue is all about the outlap in qualifying. There is something that is not working there and then he doesn’t have the grip in the quali lap.
