Ah well, I'm up now. Looking forward to a good race. Any updates on track-side weather at the moment?
Track temperature 64.3!

Stupid time change

He was "blocking" him less than Hamilton was blocking him in GB 2014.

Pirelli predicting dry 3 stops because it's earlier and hot, my guess (before seeing track temperature above) is they'll end up with 2.

Vettel did 325km/h with DRS and 310km/h without it.
Lewis&Nico 318km/h with DRS on the first straight coz on the second one they did 320km/h accordingly to F1app and Vettel 328km/h ...
So delta top speed is roughly 8 km/h ... is this enough to pass Vettel on the straights?

On another note some people are thinking Vettel will try to do a 2 stop race coz he setup his car with the hard tire in FP2 rather than 3 stop race for the Merc boys ...

Safety Car with Vettel gambling and staying out. Hamilton pitted for hard tyres and has had to work through traffic.

Ericsson spun and beached the car in turn 1. They had to bring the crane out to pick the car up and move it.

Well now we know that the Ferrari really is rather quick after all. Looks to be a more interesting season now, doesn't it?

With fresher tires, with much faster tires.

I´m trying to understand Mercedes strategy call to pit that early... This is either the dumbest move ever or they know exactly what they are doing.

- they created gap with Merc drivers with double stop on purpose
- Rosberg should change his RE he always sounds disinterested and confused, well Nico... ahem (let me check) you're screwed but if strategy won't do we'll kill you with reliability, so good luck with that! Remember save fuel to attack at the last lap (laughs inside).

edit: Merc lost not on pace but on pitstop and strategy in case you forgot
