Does look they are running low. Would explain the return of the purposing more than others. Perhaps allowing to run a lower rear wing?
I think he cooked his tires. Then with the 5sec no point.AR3-GP wrote:Did Hamilton pick up any damage from the contact? I thought he was going to pass both Gasly and Piastri.
Russell refuses to acknowledge he is the issue. He is already blaming the car and "something strange is happening to the car" i think he just needs to stop being a idiot and get his head down and drive fast.PlatinumZealot wrote: ↑29 Jul 2023, 18:38I see what is happening. Hamilton has gotten over the 2021 AbuDhabi blues and normal service is resuming. Once the car gets more and more to the way lewis wants to drive Russell won't have even a sniff again.
Russell and his team always try to beat the other side i be surprised they never said anything and if Russell being a d!ck he is today didn't want to finish ahead of lewis today. he must of been gutted he didnt finish ahead.

And unfortunately then the rear end was just tailing, the tyres were going off, and I couldn't get any closer.”

Hamilton agreed that it was the right call by the FIA to run the field for several laps behind the safety car before the rolling start.
"Oh my God, you can't see a thing out there,” he said. “So it's good that they did those laps. Then even then when we got going down to turn five you could not see the braking zone, we're could have just stayed flat forever.
“You're lifting at like 300 metres but then all sudden a sign appears and it's like, ‘Oh shoot the corner's there.’"
He really looked quite fast! I too thought he would get Gasly and Piastri after Perez! I wanted to see his pace compared to Max in these conditions…
