Don't know what can be taken from these results or performances as half the field were preparing for rain in some form and the other half winding off as much they could get away with and still get around the corners.
Renault looked a far better car than Mclaren, but had even light rain fallen I feel sure the Mclaren would have easily overhauled them, even if they managed to stay on track.
I don't think much can be made of it without including the setup.
Speed = Danny Ric 312.6 and Norris 310.8 and Ric 234.3 to Nor 234.4 at the finish line. Ric obviously more slippery at higher speed.
The FIA has these numbers for the race ...
SPEED TRAP KM/H
1 26 D. KVYAT 323.7
2 4 L. NORRIS 322.0
3 10 P. GASLY 321.9
4 31 E. OCON 321.7
5 11 S. PEREZ 321.5
6 3 D. RICCIARDO 320.4
7 23 A. ALBON 318.9
8 16 C. LECLERC 318.8
9 7 K. RAIKKONEN 318.5
10 8 R. GROSJEAN 318.2
11 18 L. STROLL 317.3
12 20 K. MAGNUSSEN 316.7
13 6 N. LATIFI 316.7
14 5 S. VETTEL 315.4
15 63 G. RUSSELL 315.2
16 33 M. VERSTAPPEN 312.6
17 99 A. GIOVINAZZI 311.8
18 77 V. BOTTAS 310.2
19 44 L. HAMILTON 307.3
The speedtrap is at a the top of the hill. So it isn't as telling as the speed just before hitting the brakes for turn 5. With DRS I saw Ocon hit almost 350KMs/Hr during the race in Live timing.
