Hungary, Singapore requires lot of cooling as AR3 pointed out.

Tracks with long straights are typically good for cooling. Low downforce - usually long straights - less cooling and different engine cover.

Did this person also say it was some suspension related? There is already an unsubstantiated rumor running around regarding the suspension. It is kinda hard to benchmark in any case -- you can only compare RB to RB in order to understand performance and the only thing that's clear is RB haven't had the best car for 7 races. It could simply be because McLaren found a lot of lap time.

They were helped alright by the safety car but Max had no answer to the pace on the last stint, which has been seen in every race since then. This performance has stayed relatively the same since then, with Mclaren and Mercedes bringing more performance while RB bring small alterations.
