Either that or Red Bull were lying last weekend as to what the issue was.
Simple explanation! The tea tray is run as low as possible. When DRS is activated, the car is faster, therefore more downforce transferred to the front wing (less to the rear), so car will naturally touch the ground. Ride height will be adjusted to prevent it touching.
As for India. As Seb was not using DRS, as he was leading, there was clearly a problem, which cleared itself up when the bolt dislodged or wore away.
Still, it's funny (not) how the Red Bull detractors automatically say the car is illegal, despite the fact that other cars could also be seen sparking at times.
