Because they don't have the pace. They'd be 5th at absolute best, so they've given up 3 places for a shot of being much stronger in the race.

Vettel and Alonso both looking like the pressure has been getting to them. Will be interesting to see Vettel from the dirty side with Massa fancying a punt at the place into turn 1. I can imagine Vettel having to be cautious.

I doubt it, I expect his steering is slightly broken, in a way that might make him have a collision in the first corner though.

I think Alonso and Vettel may have been qualifying with wet setups in the dry.

It will all depend of the track surface. If it is wet there will be no gear box changes.
Formula One's fundamental ethos is about success coming to those with the most ingenious engineering and best .............................. organization, not to those with the biggest budget. (Dave Richards)

Going to be an exciting race tomorrow. Both Webber and Massa qualify ahead of teammate. So lets see if RBR or Ferrari will win the team order title for tomorrow. Interestingly Alonso is again on the direct side of the track. So will Massa need a gearbox change again?
