Me too, I'm going to be interested in Massa's interview. Eddie Jordan made a clear explanation that Massa was playing dirty. Mass looked over to LH so many times and still end up with accident.beelsebob wrote:Not after his recent rants about "he keeps getting penalties because he's doing something wrong". I can't wait to see an interview with him.komninosm wrote:HAHAHA Massa Karma'd as Zaboo would say
I wonder how Massa will spin this, he can't say it was all Hamilton's fault if he got the penalty, can he? ;p
Yeah rightalpen wrote:beelsebob wrote: Uhhh right, so he shouldn't have overtaken Vettel in the high speed turn in China, right? He shouldn't have driven round the outside of Alonso at the Nürburgring. Instead, we should have absolutely prescribed locations in which passing is allowed.
Sorry, the way you pull a good pass is by doing it in an unexpected way.
Right-o...enjoy your online banter gentlemen, I'll go back to lurking as usual...I come for the tech stuff not this sarcastic, "fan boy" garbage that seems to take over every thread on here...Too much bias tainting people's view
I will point out that the difference with your 2 examples and this is that there was room to make the pass cleanly, especially at the Nürburgring going around the outside and those weren't involving Massa. As I said the two of them have a history of getting into one another. Bottom line my OPINION is that it was a racing incident especially seeing how LH braked early seemingly knowing he couldn't make it and to give Massa room...I posted because it was frustrating to see the two of them going at it again unnecessarily which ruined both their races and potentially the race at the front
He was actually ahead and on the racing line.komninosm wrote: He was along side Massa and broke first. Massa simply crashed into him.
We need to post the sporting code on f1T, people keep coming back with the silly ideas of wedges and rights. This post above is the perfect example.alpen wrote:you've got to be kidding...LH does it again, driving into a wedge. Never had a chance
"There's not really much to say," said Hamilton. "It's a disappointing day. My team worked hard all weekend as they always do. I don't really know what else to say.
"We had the one minute silence before the start of the race and me and Felipe were standing next to each other. He hasn't spoken to me in a long, long time so I put my arm around him and just said 'good luck for the race'.
"But in the race I tried to overtake and I tried to come out of it because it didn't look like he was going to give me any space, and we collided. I'm really, really sorry for my team."
Hamilton felt his car had picked up damage in the incident.
"I had some vibrations, in right handers it felt like the floor was scraping on the floor, and I just had very, very poor performance and I was pushing as hard as I could just to have the pace of anyone," he said. "The car looks fine so maybe it's just me."
