yr.no still sayeth:
I think that looks just about perfect for a good wet race. It'll be damp but not dangerous as the race starts, with constant light rain progressively getting stronger towards the end of the race. I know it's likely to change, but if that's how it pans out then I think we could be in for a thriller.
If its stays like this we will see a Medium Wet tires used by most teams while some might start with FULL Wet hoping they gain a bit of an edge as the rain continues to fall or and immediate edge..

However if I remember correctly both tires have a certain temperature in which they need to be kept or they deteriorate so making a bad choice could mean you make yore self and easy target for overtaking.. And depending on the set ups some cars might work better on either tires this is going to make everything have a certain degree of luck..

Hardly, that would help Alonso as well. ;) Or are they planing to shoot Mark at his "great mate"...
Sounds like something Don Corleone would do. An escrow guarantee, in a way. "Take my man out, I'll take your man out."

Not exactly something I'd expect to see though.

In any case - I hope the race doesn't have climate changes. If it is to be wet - let it stay wet. If it's to be dry - let it stay dry. I want the race to be fully between wets and inters, or fully on the dries.

No. Race starts at 2pm (14:00) which, according to beelsebob's chart - is the peak of the rainfall.
The red line on the chart is the temperature and the rain will get heavier from the race start onward.

No, red line are temps not rain intensity.

Don Corleone, Helmut Marko... :D

Hell, I wouldn't be surprised to see Vettel lose this Championship like Regenmeister lost his in 1997. :D

I would. In any scenario Vettel can afford to finish up to 3 places behind Alonso - so I don't think he'd risk a 50-50 in any way if they were about to come together (a la Jerez 1997)

Any news about the decision for the sHitRT / Grosjean incident?

I only hope this championship doesnt end on the first lap. It would be very disappointing if Alonso crash out in the first lap and RBR radio Vettel telling him 'you are the WDC'
