Yeah good luck with that... Button even lost time on corner exit by turning tighter than needed in order to give Vettel room. Vettel chose not to use that piece of track and just went even wider without needing to, going completely off the track. I mean I suppose hell will freeze over before that happens, but it's when something blatant happens, yet they do very little.
Watching the replay again, he would have had to go behind Button, and then try to pass again. There was still time to go for another overtake.
Remember Hamilton's penalty in Spa 2008 where he even gave the place back but was adjudged to not have given it back sufficiently!
