you are really full of it. still haven't answered the question above.
The question was related to a livery that I wasn't even discussing to begin with. Me answering that question would add nothing to the discussion.

I'm sorry, but it is clear that you do not comprehend me. You are the one that is full of it, you are still assuming things about my standpoint even though I have already explained them clearly.

I understand that my language barrier can make it difficult to explain things, but I think I have done it well enough to explain the confusion, yet, still here we are. Sorry, but you are the one that is "full of it", you are still sticking to the same assumption that i have already explained long ago.

Please, re-read my posts, my argument and explanation is very, very clear.

no, you are trying to prove a point which is no point.

you say the colours make it look like a ferrari, to your flawed logic this:

Image

gets confused with a ferrari.

you keep hammering about a photoshop, then you are presented with another image of the same colours and characteristics and you remain silent and divert the discussion. because you know you're cornered and keep on debating on something undebatable.

the language barrier is no excuse we're talking colours.
Please, re-read my posts, my argument and explanation is very, very clear.

please look at your own posts again to see just how rediculous you make it go. there is no harm in admitting you are wrong and that in the end ferrari and mclaren do not look anything alike

STILL won't answer the question.

I'll help a little:

Both liveries use Red, black and white
Both liveries follow a stripe on the engine cover, this stripe splits the two main colors.
Both liveries have a thick black stripe on the lower part of the tub
Both liveries have red end plates
Both liveries split their two primary colors on a similar point, in a similar shape.

I don't think i can make it more clear than this.
Sorry, still totally failing ....
Explain. Instead of these insults you might want to explain why that is the case.

You see, things like liveries isn't a 1+1=2, it is subjective, open to interpretation. It's perfectly fine if you do not see the similarities, different eyes see different things. However, to say my opinion is "failing" is simply disrespectful.

Like said, it isn't a 1+1=2, where the answer isn't open for discussion.
besides it's a damn fan livery, you know a suggestion of direction to be taken, not the real thing. #-o
Which is 99% of this topic, not really a valid argument.

Yes, i too find it funny that after these endless explanations you still don't get my argument.

I'm sorry, but it is clear that you do not comprehend me. You are the one that is full of it, you are still assuming things about my standpoint even though I have already explained them clearly.

I made it pretty damn clear already that it is the artstyle as a whole, not the use of red/black/white alone.
you keep hammering about a photoshop, then you are presented with another image of the same colours and characteristics and you remain silent and divert the discussion. because you know you're cornered and keep on debating on something undebatable.
Again; artstyle.

A livery is more than colors, it also is shapes and placement of these colors. Said that multiple times already

Except they have strong similarities, and I have already made that very clear why that is the case.

Please, re-read my posts and it'll be clear that you are completely misinterpreting my words.

EDIT: It would also be nice if you could stop downvoting my posts, it's a misuse of the function.

For god's sake Manoah2u stop browbeating wesley123,
All the guy said was the two paint jobs look similar to him. He sees what he sees and you see something different, it is what it is, you can't change that

I initially thought the same thing when I first saw that rendering
Image

If you so hell bent on being right why don't you take this time and change all you post on Marlboro's white and red colour scream to the proper White and Florescent Red

And how about answering the question I posed to you
What is a " Heritage livery " ?
is it old race cars painted in period correct livery that ran in the day ?
or is it when you use that old livery on a new car or maybe on a car that never was painted in that livery ?

That's easy, a heritage livery is an homage to a classic livery, it doesn't have to be a clone. E.g. This dick Johnson 20th anniversary livery:

And this one from a previous year

That is also my view, Old style livery on a new car
I must say as an Austrialian I would have guessed you would show this car

I was disapointed that they ran the V8 supercars at COTA in Texas rather then at tracks like Mid-Ohio, Road America, Mosport.
It would have been an instant hit if they had, those cars are made for tracks like that

I've already used car that quite a few pages back. :)

Totally agree, I'd love to see them run at Watkins Glen too! I reckon they should pair up with the grandam series, that would be an amazing weekend!
