I don't think my issue with Rueda has to do with strategy decisions per se, more so with lack of improvement over time, in fact got worse over time. That's a sign of a bad manager/leader and that usually doesn't depend on the task at hand.

Long term Red Bull Head of Hydraulics Phil Mackreath has joined Aston Martin in the same role.
