Yep,

Those VG's are allowed in that area because on bottom view they arent visible.

No this floor isn't new or may be the changes are not visible and they were applied on the louvres.

They did use new floor only on Friday practices and weren't happy with the results, so they decided to use old one for quali and race.

Mith, any source of this info? I didn't hear anything if Renault decided to use old, or new floor in the race.

Kubica in the interview after quali was asked about his car's improvements and that's his answer:

'We have here only slightly modified front wing and we didn't use the new floor. So that's not very big improvement and I think that it gives us only minor gain.'

is that dry ice used to cool the brakes? I thought teams used centrifugal fans?

i think theres fans underneath the dry ice that suck the cold air from around the ice
