I prefer a good engine cleaner and only hose pressure. The pressure of a pressure washer can tear stuff up..remove stickers ya want to keep. etc.

I'm sure there are others available locally but watch for ones that stink when cooking off any left unrinsed.
Be sure to wrap any carb/injector intakes with a towel along with any sensitive electronics.
On things like my Mustang where the coils are in the valve cover you don't want water to pool,,but a little common sense and it should pose no problem.
