you could try looking on user forums or websites which relate to different cad programs? Some may have a download section.
perhaps some rfactor models could be a start and you could edit them slightly (close up gaps etc) before you run them, some i guess are quiet accurate.
I think somewhere you might be able to download the codemasters models for f1 2011 and 10....
