F1 Tire Dimensions

I'm looking for the dimensions of Formula One tires for the 1990 season.

Side note:
I've searched the Formula One web site, and others, but haven't come across a rules book for that year. Does anyone have an electronic version they could share or know where I could get my hands on one?
