Definitely..no.
1: exhaust gasses after passing through turbine lost a lot of energy
2: No leaks allowed in the exhaust ducts, all the gasses have to exit from one tailpipe
3: the only way to use them is making some tricks about monkey seat, but with more drawbacks than benefits as we know from an interview of a force india engineer (called Green i suppose). So at the moment it's not a point of interest for teams IMHO.
