Am I imagining it or has there been a sudden increase of KW logos on pro racing cars in the last year or so. Is the performance really up from the existing Ohlins, Moton/JRZ, Penske, Sachs, products or is there substantial sponsorship or is there some other intangible like cost or support that they excel at?
They aren't so friendly to HPDE and amateur racing customers, refuse to do anything other than rebuild anything other than their Competition products. So everything from V1 to Clubsports are not revalvable. Companies that used to service them like PSI in California have stopped too citing that KW has made it difficult for them. The non-competition stuff works pretty well for the price, the other ones mentioned above are quite a step up in $$. I think AST might be the only one in the same performance/$ range for weekend circuit enthusiasts.
