Well it's an old rb, you should find the year it was conceived and then find the corresponding version of soft.
It's my best guess, it's been a while now that they use siemens. I don't know if it's like catia you have many different UI depending on the tools you're using.

in the automotive and regular race using CATIA design software. Best CATIA for surface design, part, and drafting. In this video I see it uses Siemens PLM Software
Definitely not any native CATIA interface. Of course the honest answer to your question is that it is some engineering software that you cannot afford to buy a seat license for.

Ford and the PAG group were (and some still are) running CATIA for for the actual CAD and Siemens TCe for the PLM side which could cause some confusion.
Its a bloody terrible way of working though and most are dropping it to either go full NX/TCe or CATIA V6 with Enovia
