Yea, it's flexing, as witnessed by other cars front and rear. But as argued in other posts, I believe that as long as it gets by tech inspection, it's within the present rules. Cheating.. no. Bending the rules to the maximum, most definitely. Renault, Ferrari, McLaren, BMW, they all try every trick in the book.
