Lewis Hamilton has taken another massive step towards winning this year's World Championship by dominating the Japanese Grand Prix while Bottas completes the Mercedes 1-2. Max Verstappen finished a close third. Championship contender Sebastian Vettel was 6th at the finish line.
It's an odd tyre choice, but I don't know if it's painful. Vettel brought one set of softs to Sochi, and he didn't touch them until he made the undercut work. Maybe Ferrari feel that they have done enough testing on the harder tyres?
Didnt exactly this already hurt them in Singapore?
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II #Team44 supporter
I like the coincidence last year of Hamilton's Q3 laptime and overall race time being 1.27.31. True, the numbers are hours and minutes etc but I find it attractive.
