And NO, I do NOT mention the gap slotters blabla. Someone in thescuderia.net mentioned that Ferrari used a new rear wing design at the last minutes of FP3. Did anyone show that?

Parc ferme rules apply from the start of qualifying so they are not allow to chnage the wing for the last session

No he means Ferrari switched to a new rear wing in the last few minutes of saturday practice... before qualifying.
