How efficient are F1 cars? What sort of mpg/mpkwh do they return? What would happen to those figures if wings were removed and flat underbodies were required?

They use around 150 liters for 300 km. So, 1:2 l. And that sounds bad, but remember they have the drag of a semi truck while accelerating with 3G to 300/h.
