That's a really good price... you'll probably be running that thing, engine in all, for less than 2 grand. My friend bought a shifter and some spares for around 3500.

Shifters are fun as f*ck; too bad I don't drive them anymore.

i used to race mx so i already have plenty of motors some might even be ported correctly


to bad there are no 250 shifter classes in the midwest

Nice one - as you say, first step on the ladder. If you race MX the idea of getting hurt won't be a problem

thats why i got this thing i havent raced anything in 2 years since i got hurt and i think i might go nuts

there are no jumps in kart racing so i wont be that high off the ground falling 12 inches is much less than 30 feet

not to mention it will be lots of fun ill keep you guys updated on the progress still trying to find a a way to ship it right now
