With the budget cap in place, wind tunnel & CFD testing in place teams financial positions are secured. With talk of practice sessions getting more limited, cancelled or even point scoring and FOM wanting even more sprint races this season, would you like to see in-season testing brought back?
While testing of F1 cars is officially banned, there is still a lot of cars running around for Pirelli test day, juniors running older cars etc.
-Why not just bring all into official testing to Spain and France for about 15 days per team open during the season?
-Circuits like Magny Corse, Paul Ricard, Ricardo Tormo, Aragon could be neutral locations for all teams.
-This would give teams more understanding of the cars away from the race track.
-Make teams more efficient in making the choices in budget
-Make race teams smaller as human resources is pushed more towards running cars and manufacturing
-Keep hardcore fans more engaged as race weekend moves away from sport to entertainment
