Everyone always tries to go as low as possible, there were probably other cars also DQ-worthy but they weren't checked by FIA. We don't know how low each car can be set up and how far from their lowest point they are, this is strictly confidential info in each team

Agreed. FIA said they only check cars which exhibit a certain frequency and amplitude of bouncing and vertical acceleration via their telemetry, giving room to any team to dampen the transponder mounting points to avoid registering critical acceleration data
