silly new qualifying rule

its a pity to see championship challlenger at the back of the grid not because of his mistakes but because of wheather.With the old rule,theres no need to go out in the rain while trying to set grid position.Even if they have to,everyboday will be the same
but this new rule,pole or not,in this condition,its only depend on luck,not skill.Its unfair coz not all driver will have to encounter the same track condition.

Sorry akbar21881 but I quite like the format, but I do miss seeing them having a couple of runs, so maybe next year will be better.

Question: What's happening, next year, to private testing for the likes of Renault, Minardi, Jordan and Jaguar?
