For those aero experts out there please help me with this ..

During all the flow line studies, and most pressure studies everything looks great. However in the diffuser static pressure study (see below) there looks to be an area of turbulence or static flow right in the middle of the diffuser. It doesn't show up on any other illistrations though. Is this just an anomaly? Should someone be concerned about this?

The diffuser area on this car is pretty aggessive when you consider that the sides are expanding at a large rate, so some problems in this area would make sense. What do you guys think?

The pic you linked to the velocity and the high speed area in the middle of the diffuser can be explained by this pic :

as you see at a given point there are path lines crossing the diffuser transversally.
