Ferrari to unveil new front wing on F2004?

Ferrari must be trying something at the front to generate downforce. This is where you get time nowadays in Formula 1.

But you must be asking yourself: Why Ferrari is trying to have sth very new and revolutionary after having set all the benchmarks in F1 for the last few years?

Giancarlo Fisichella has alerady said that the Michelin tyres are faster than the Bridgestone tyres over a course of lap. And this only happens because the french tyre has much more grip and give their drivers much more confidence to attack the corners and so to be faster and get better lap times.

So the Ferrari´s must be something that can iron any advantage that Michelin is going to have. So they have try something new at the front, that can generate much more downforce and consequently give them an advantage.

If this doesn´t work as planned you can prepare yourself to see only Michelin cars on the first page after Saturday qualifying session.

mmmmm.... article sound's interesting. Hopefully Ferrari doesn't come out with a similar design as to the Wlliams FW26.
There was an article I read in F1-Live.com that Ferrari after the Williams launch that they would look into the front design of the Fw26.

Yes they said they will look into it.But I don't think that they can incorporate it into their design during the last minute coz wing is not only a wing,it has influence right down to the diffuser.

I'm expecting something really different.Very low nose maybe? with a super complicated 3D wings that can reduce drag at front wheel while producing a really impressive downforce at the critical speed???I'm waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for Jan 26th!!!!!
