CDG wing: Future of F1?

I got this pictures from http://www.fia.com. Exactly how much will it reduce the top speed and handling?

I'm trying to understand why are you starting a thread about CDG wing almost 3 years after we've discussed every aspect of it. :?

Not to mention 3288 x 2248 pixels, 1.5 MB picture you've inserted. :roll:
