Take Jim Halls fan car as an example, although i don't entirely understand it yet. But, you have a car that just behind the cockpit is a hole. Not very large but not small. Maybe 4' in diameter at most. And going through this hole is air being guided kind of like the shape of a drillbit, creating a vortex that in a sense makes an upside down tornado sucking the car to the ground. No outside or electric fans to help. What do you guys think? Feasible not? Are we able to create a small controlled tornado like that? Comments please.....
