I would like to know whether are there any PC games that are similar to Grand Prix manager 2 but then have better graphics and the new qualifying system in the game.

That is one of the great wonders of life! How can such an amazing game not be followed up by at least an updated version.

You can download GPM2 but you will need a patch to run it on XP etc.

This game now seems to have an almost cult following - it's not like they couldn't make money out of a new game!

You can download the Gpm2 with 2007 mod from http://www.gpm2world.com/Downloads/GPM22007.zip They are also about to release the 2008 mod soon.

I didn´t know those mods even existed!

I have played GPM2 thousand years ago and, although it was a good game, you could discovered its tricks easily and keep winning over ten years till it finished.

Just to tell that I played in ace level and started with a Forti Ford ED and $ 1,200,000 budget for the first year, at the third year you can win both Championships.

Secrets? Hire the best designers and engineers availiable just from the start, Lamborghini engines (the weight doesnt matter ) and any driver who pays to drive (I remember Barrichello and Diniz payed $3,000,000 a year). Yo udont even have to watch the races.
