The same with the Judd engines:FBR_BDavis wrote:The Honda used by the Tyrrell team was a v10, not the same v12 that McLaren used.. It was lighter but had less horsepower..

Maybe, I know 1995 was the first year with a complete semi-auto shifting grid.timbo wrote:I believe only Ferrari and Williams had.Belatti wrote:Not all cars had semiauto shifting
Hi Belatti, Autocourse 1991-92.Belatti wrote:Interesting...Project Four wrote:Data I have for 1991:-

Can you tell me where did you get that data from?
From Autocourse 1992:-Belatti wrote: I have an official F1 book from 1992 season and the most powerful engines where Honda V12 and Renault V10 with 750 and 740 HP respectively, so I find it weird than in 1991 they had less power, there was no sustancial engine rules changes as far as I remember. Also, maybe this data is not always accurate and only whats declared by factories.
Looking over this I notice many teams were running 100-150 hp down from the leaders. They had no chance to win, but I'm sure their engines were very cheap compared to the engines in the leading cars.Project Four wrote: ↑05 Nov 2008, 20:06Data I have for 1991:-
