I thought it was something like burned parafin?

possibly parafin being put through a hot wire mesh.

Scania, would it be possible for you to use the search function??

There have been a few previous threads you have started which have already been put up before, like the diffuser one. If you would search and read you wouldn't have to create new threads that are useless and repetitive.
