question of solidworks CFD

Post

I'm using solidworks 2008 & it have a add-ins call "COSMOSFloWorks 2008". but it always said "face<X> is not laying on the boundary between solid & fulidregion". what is the meaning of boundary between solid & fulidregion? what should I do to finish a CFD test on it?

Err... if thats your domain it is far too small.

Typical wind tunnel blockage ratios are 7% or below, but CFD would be lower again... order of 1%.

(Blockage ratio is the front cross sectional area of the test piece:windtunnel cross sectional area)
