I'm a regular listener of Midweek Motorsport by Radio Le Mans (mostly circuit racing) and Gareth Jones on speed by the man behind sniffpetrol.com (cars and racing, mostly F1).
Also recently I stumbled upon this curious one with Patrick Head ranting about stuff.

What else can you recommend?

Off season slump? I tend to listen to a couple f1 related podcasts. Anyone else?
Here's a good few. It's always nice to go back and listen to the archives.

Grandprixweekly.com- hilarious, but takes a few shows to get used to the humor.
Formula1blog.com - updated weekly.
Sidepodcast.com - from UK quality podcasts especially Aside with Joe Saward.
Funwithcars.com - formally F1show.com, amateur but worth a listen.
Smibstv.com -The Flying Lap - my favorite. I rarely watch live, and just download audio only.
