Internship in the racing world

I've got a question about following an internship in the racing world.
I am a 17 year old student from Holland, and i am following a study for car mechanic.

The study takes 4 years, this is my first year i am already following an internship at a normal Peugeot garage. But in my 3th year i need to go on internship for 5 days in a week. And because i love motorsport i want to work in a race factory, from a racing team or some other job, but i want it to be in the racing world.

So maybe some of you guys know a place or a team where i could try to get an internship place for my 3th school year.

What about Van Amersfoort Racing? And I would advice you to ask the corresponding guys in person, if possible.
